Refund & Cancellation Policy
At UCPlanet, we strive to ensure every order is delivered accurately and instantly. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase so you understand when refunds and cancellations apply.
1. General Rule
Because top-up credits (UC and Diamonds) are delivered directly to your in-game account, all sales are final once the top-up has been successfully delivered. Digital goods cannot be returned once credited to a game account.
No refunds will be issued for successfully delivered orders under any circumstance, including accidental purchases or change of mind.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the following specific situations:
Eligible
- Top-up was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
- Wrong amount credited due to our error
- Double payment charged for the same order
- Payment deducted but order never processed
Not Eligible
- Top-up delivered successfully to your account
- Wrong Player ID entered by the customer
- Change of mind after payment
- In-game ban by Krafton or Garena after delivery
3. Wrong Player ID
UCPlanet is not responsible for top-ups delivered to an incorrect Player ID provided by the customer. We strongly recommend verifying your Player ID using our in-page verification tool before completing your order. If a wrong ID was entered, we will attempt to assist on a best-effort basis but cannot guarantee recovery of the credits.
Always use the Verify Player ID button on the home page before paying. This confirms your in-game username before any money changes hands.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before payment is completed. Once payment is confirmed and the top-up process has started, cancellation is not possible. If your payment was deducted but the order was not initiated on our end, please contact support immediately.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

- UPI payments — refunded within 1–3 business days
- Bank transfers — refunded within 5–7 business days
- Wallet payments — refunded within 1–2 business days
Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. UCPlanet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7. Fraudulent Refund Claims
Any attempt to claim a refund for a successfully delivered order, or to initiate a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first, will result in a permanent ban from UCPlanet services and may be reported to relevant authorities.
