1. Service Overview

UCPlanet is an independent game top-up service for BGMI (UC) and Free Fire (Diamonds). We are an authorised reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Krafton or Garena directly. All top-ups are delivered directly to your in-game account using your Player ID.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You must provide an accurate and valid Player ID to receive your top-up.
• You agree that the account receiving the top-up belongs to you or you have permission from the account owner.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (UPI, Bank Transfer, Wallets).
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• UCPlanet reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.

4. Delivery

Most orders are processed instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases — such as during peak events or technical delays — delivery may take up to 24 hours. If your order is not delivered within this window, please contact our support team via WhatsApp.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use UCPlanet for any of the following:

• Purchasing top-ups with stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Reselling UCPlanet services without written permission.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt our platform in any way.
• Providing false information to obtain a refund or dispute a legitimate charge.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Once a top-up has been successfully delivered to your in-game account, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Refunds are only considered in cases where the top-up was not delivered due to an error on our end. Please refer to our full Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

UCPlanet is not liable for any in-game bans, account suspensions, or losses caused by the game developer (Krafton / Garena) after a legitimate top-up has been delivered. We are also not responsible for losses arising from incorrect Player IDs provided by the customer.

8. Changes to These Terms

UCPlanet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
